The First Florida Chapter of the Historical Novel Society meets on the first Saturday of each month in the Community Room at the Central Ridge Library, 425 W. Roosevelt Boulevard, Beverly Hills. This month’s program starts at 1 p.m. The critique group will follow, then the business meeting. The critique group examines fiction written and submitted in advance by our members.
On September 5th, Sarah Glenn will give a presentation on historical poisons and their use in fiction. Sarah Glenn is the editor-in-chief for Mystery and Horror, LLC, a micropress in the Tampa Bay area. She does not cook, which should be a huge relief to attendees.
Everyone interested in reading and writing in the historical novel genre is welcome to attend meetings of FFCHNS.
